The buyer or an independent inspector may inspect the vehicle. Inspection results and evidence can be recorded in the transaction record.

Complete the transaction record
Record delivery, inspection results, title documentation, and any outstanding issues. Any payment settlement is performed by the applicable payment provider and is subject to its terms, processing rules and applicable law.
