Quick answers

The three questions we are asked most often, and where to read more.

When does the seller actually get paid?

Only after the buyer has received the goods or service and approved it within the agreed inspection period. Until then the funds are held by Rbcpay.

Who pays the Rbcpay fee?

The fee can be paid by the buyer, the seller, or split between both. It is agreed before the transaction begins and you can work out the exact figures first.

Someone is asking me to pay outside Rbcpay.

Do not pay, and do not ship anything. Payments made outside a Rbcpay transaction carry none of the protection described on this site. Report it to us.
