Approved Carriers

These are the carriers accepted for physical shipments on a Rbcpay transaction. Each one provides tracking and confirmed delivery that both the buyer and the seller can verify independently, so the inspection period starts from a documented arrival rather than one party’s word.

Recognised carriers

We accept only carriers whose tracking and delivery can be verified independently.

Worldwide coverage

Between them these carriers reach virtually every destination you are likely to ship to.

Documented handling

A clear chain of custody from dispatch through to confirmed delivery.

Dedicated support

Our team can help with shipping documentation at every step.

Why the carrier matters

For physical goods the carrier you choose matters as much as the payment method. It is what turns a delivery claim into something both parties can check.

Independent proof of shipment

Tracking from a recognised carrier gives the buyer and the seller the same record of what was dispatched and when, rather than one party’s word against the other’s.

A clear delivery date

The inspection period begins from a documented delivery, so both sides know exactly when the buyer’s window opens and when it closes.

Fewer disputes

Most shipping disputes come down to missing evidence. A verifiable chain of custody removes the ambiguity before it turns into a problem.

Before you ship

A few steps taken before dispatch prevent most of the problems that arise later in a transaction. Agree them with the other party while you are still setting the terms.
  • Confirm the funds are secured in your Rbcpay account before dispatching anything
  • Agree the carrier and the destination address in the transaction terms
  • Keep the tracking reference and the dispatch documentation
  • Do not change the delivery address after the terms are agreed
  • For vehicles and specialist items, confirm what paperwork must travel with the shipment

Vehicles and specialist shipments

Vehicles, machinery, artwork and other specialist items involve documentation that a standard parcel does not. Our experienced personnel can assist with the paperwork that has to accompany the shipment, including guidance on title and lien documentation.
Availability varies. The carriers open to you depend on the type of goods, the origin and the destination, and are shown when you create your transaction. If the carrier you intend to use is not listed here, contact escrow@rbcpay.com before shipping anything.

Ready to ship on a protected transaction?

Agree the carrier and the terms, then let Rbcpay hold the funds until the buyer has received and approved the goods.
