How a Zelle payment works
1
Confirm the transaction
Check the amount due and the payment reference.
2
Open your banking app
Zelle is used from inside your own bank's app or website.
3
Add the recipient
Enter the recipient exactly as shown on this page.
4
Add the reference
Put the payment reference in the memo or note field.
5
Submit the details

Before this page is published. The Zelle registered email address or United States mobile number, and the name that will appear when it is entered must be supplied by Rbcpay and entered on this page. Do not publish it with the placeholder values shown below.

Frequently asked questions
Can a Zelle payment be reversed?
Usually not. Once sent, a Zelle payment cannot normally be cancelled or recalled, which is why the recipient details must be checked before sending rather than after.
Does Zelle protect my purchase?
No. Zelle does not provide purchase protection. Whatever protection applies to your purchase comes from the terms recorded in your Rbcpay transaction, not from Zelle.
The name my bank shows is different. What should I do?
Do not send. Stop and contact us through a number or address you already have. A name that does not match is the clearest sign that something is wrong.
Is there a limit on how much I can send?
Yes, and it is set by your bank rather than by Rbcpay. If the amount due exceeds your limit, use a bank wire or ACH instead of splitting the payment.
Can I use Zelle from outside the United States?
No. Zelle operates between United States bank accounts. Use a bank wire for anything else.
When are funds released to the seller?
Release follows the transaction terms and buyer approval. A received payment funds the transaction, it does not release it.
Check the name before you send.
A Zelle payment usually cannot be recalled. If the recipient name your bank displays does not match this page exactly, stop and contact us first.
Rbcpay is a marketplace transaction platform and is not a bank or financial institution. Zelle is operated by its own provider. Availability, limits, settlement and reversibility are determined by your bank and by Zelle, not by Rbcpay.
