Frequently asked questions

Yes. Use your transaction ID and payment reference to locate the transaction, choose a method and submit your payment documents. No account or sign-in is required.
The methods open to you depend on the currency, your location, the transaction amount and the transaction terms. Only the methods shown after you locate your transaction apply to it.
Whatever proves the payment left your side: a wire receipt or SWIFT confirmation, an ACH or bank statement entry, an e-transfer or card receipt, a crypto transaction hash, or a cheque or money order receipt.
Documents are reviewed and the transaction status is updated according to the applicable transaction terms. You receive an email confirmation once the review is complete.
Submit the correct document with the same transaction ID and payment reference, and include a note explaining which earlier file it replaces.
Report it rather than assuming it will be adjusted. A short payment, an overpayment or a different currency can all delay the transaction, and the difference must be recorded before the transaction can proceed.
Sending and intermediary fees can reduce the amount received. Make sure the intended net amount arrives, and record the currency and the exchange responsibility in the transaction terms.
