Escrow fee
A percentage of the transaction amount. This covers holding the funds securely from the moment the buyer pays until the transaction is approved and released.
Processing fee
A flat charge covering the handling of the payment into and out of the transaction.
Document fee
A flat charge covering the transaction documentation that records what both parties agreed to.
Other applicable fees
Applied only where a transaction is international or requires currency conversion. Shown as zero when it does not apply.

Who pays the fee
Buyer pays
The buyer funds the transaction amount plus the full fee. The seller receives the agreed amount in full.
Seller pays
The buyer funds only the agreed amount. The fee is deducted from what the seller receives.
Split equally
Half the fee is added to what the buyer funds and half is deducted from what the seller receives.
Agreed before funding
Whichever arrangement you choose is agreed by both parties before the transaction is funded.

No. The transaction type is recorded on the transaction but the fee is calculated the same way for every type.
